Border Strike Force Seizes Over 100 lbs of Narcotics Worth Approximately $520,000 During Traffic Stop

Pima County — On May 30, 2018, just before 10 a.m., a member of the DPS Border Strike Force conducted a traffic stop on a Ford pickup for a traffic violation on westbound I-10 in Pima County. After observing numerous indicators of criminal activity, the vehicle was searched.

AZDPS Prepares for Memorial Day Traffic Enforcement Throughout the State

Phoenix — Beginning May 25, troopers statewide will be targeting impaired drivers, distracted drivers, fatigued drivers, unrestrained occupants and speeders through various focused enforcement operations. Troopers and roadside motorist assistants will also be patrolling for stranded motorists.
