On 1/22/2019 at 1700 hours, Glen Guttu left his residence at in Tonopah in a 1998 Red 4-Door Cadillac bearing Arizona license plate W/C JBG26 heading to the Buckeye/Goodyear area. Glen suffers from Dementia.

Mr. Bergdahl was reported missing by his wife. He left a note for his wife stating he was going to exercise across the street. The note was found on 01-19-19 at approximately 2:00 PM. His wife reported him missing around 6:36 PM. Bergdahl suffers from dementia.
