Charles is 5 feet 6 inches tall, 180 pounds, with gray hair and green eyes. Charles was last seen wearing a dark blue shirt with light blue stripes, blue shorts, and flip flops. Charles was last seen driving a 2015, gold colored, Chevy Malibu with the Arizona License plate B S F 8 6 9 5. Charles was last seen on November 20th, 2023, at 1130 hours at the Western State Bank located at 10050 West Bell Road in Sun City.
