Manuel is 5 feet 7 inches tall, 190 pounds, with hazel eyes and gray hair. Manuel was last seen wearing a dark shirt, dark shorts, and black shoes. Manuel was last seen driving a 2018, silver colored, Ford, Escort with the Arizona License plate C L R 8 0 1 0. Manuel was last seen on November 13th, 2023, at 1825 hours at the Circle K convenience store located at 59th Avenue and West McDowell Road.
