The Phoenix Police Department has requested a silver alert for 30 years old Bobbie Holmes. Bobbie is a white female, 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 230 pounds. Bobbie was last seen wearing black leggings, a white tank top shirt, and black high heel shoes. Bobbie went missing on September 19th at 8 pm in the area of 35th Street and Pinchot Avenue in Phoenix. Bobbie suffers from a developmental delay and functions as a 13-year-old. She also suffers from a medical condition and needs medication on a regular basis.
