Alfredo De La Cruz, 64 years old, left his residence in the area of Alma School and Warner at 10:00 PM last night, and has not been seen since. Alfredo suffers from a medical condition that may cause him to be confused. He has other medical conditions that require medication. Alfredo has not taken his evening meds. Last seen wearing a Navy blue Track Jacket and Grey sweatpants. Police are actively searching for him. If seen or located, please call Chandler PD or local police.
