On 08/16/2023 Brandon was last seen at his residence in the area of Ray Road and Rock Wren Road in Phoenix. He was last seen at 0720 hours, and family last spoke to him on the phone at 1045 hours. When family returned home Brandon was missing. Brandon suffers from a cognitive disability and has a difficult time communicating. He may get lost and confused easily. Brandon is believed to be on a blue adult size scooter that has black wheels.
