On August 8, 2026, at approximately 7:45 pm, Cesar Varela Rodriguez left a residence in the 900 block of S 9th St, Avondale, AZ. Cesar is described as a Hispanic male, 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighing 190 pounds and having gray hair and brown eyes. He was last known to be wearing a dark blue shirt, green camo shorts and a drawstring backpack. Cesar has been diagnosed with the mental capacity of a 15-year-old, and has other cognitive disabilities. Cesar is known to live in the city of Buckeye, AZ, but was not located there.
