Manuel is a Native American male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 225 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. Manuel was last seen at 0940 hours on 12/06/25 on foot near the intersection of Extension Road and Main Street in Mesa, Arizona. He was last seen wearing a bulky camo jacket, blue jeans and black shoes. Manuel suffers from a condition which can cause him to become confused and disoriented.
