The Phoenix Police Department is seeking the publics assistance in locating 81 year old Douglas Luther Branson. Mr. Branson suffers from a medical condition which may cause him to become confused and easily lost. He was last seen on 23 October 2025, at 0800 hours, in the area of North 31st Street and East Indian School Road on foot. Efforts to locate him by police have been unsuccessful.

Mr. Branson is an African American male, approximately 5'8" tall and 160 pounds, with a bald head and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark blue shirt, blue jeans and unknown color/style shoes.
