Ernest left his home in a Black 2018 Jeep Renegade, bearing Arizona wheelchair license plate of JFC42, which was last spotted in the area of New River Trail and Peoria Avenue in Peoria, Arizona. Ernest was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt, black shorts, crocs, and glasses. He is diagnosed with medical conditions which may cause him to become lost or confused.
