On 07/04/2025 at approximately 0600 hours, Samuel Hatcher, 55 YOA, 5'8" 200 pounds, shaved/bald head with a short gray beard and brown eyes, was last seen in the area of South 16th Street and East Baseline Road. Last clothing description was of him wearing a black t-shirt and black pants. Samuel suffers from a medical condition which may cause him to appear confused.
