The Tucson Police Department is seeking the public's assistance with attempting to locate 69-year-old Armando Mesa Rivas. Mr. Rivas suffers from severe memory loss and confusion. On May 16, 2026, at approximately 0400 a.m., Mr. Rivas walked away from his residence near the 6600 block of east Golf Links Road and has not returned home. Mr. Rivas is believed to have traveled on the bus after leaving on foot. Mr. Rivas is a Hispanic male, approximately 5'7", 168 pounds, with brown eyes, and salt and pepper hair. Mr. Rivas was last seen wearing a dark gray shirt, light gray sweatpants, and brown shoes. He does not have a cellular phone with him.

Anyone with information on the possible whereabouts of Mr. Rivas is asked to call 911 immediately.
