Simplified Laboratory Reports
Pursuant to accreditation requirements, the Arizona Department of Public Safety Crime Laboratory will continue to report results in a simplified fashion. For more information as to what is included on our reports or in a case file, please see the document "AZ DPS Simplified Reporting". By submitting evidence for analysis using the printed or electronic "Scientific Analysis Request" or "Non-DPS Agency Request for Scientific Analysis" forms, the customer has agreed to receive simplified reports.
