Procurement

The DPS Procurement Unit acts as the authority for all materials, services, construction and supply purchases. No purchase is made without a properly authorized purchase order or approved procurement process. The Procurement Bureau is dedicated to assisting all divisions in promoting the agency’s standards for providing customer-oriented law enforcement services by providing our division customers with exceptional service. This service is provided by acquiring needed resources in a highly ethical and code compliant manner that encourages fair and open competition among suppliers while maximizing taxpayer value.
