Judy is an Asian female, 5 feet tall, 100 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black shirt and black pants. She was last seen on foot July 22, 2024, at 2:41 P.M. at the Maricopa County Superior Court located at 175 West Madison Street, Phoenix, Arizona. Judy suffers from a condition which can make her seem to become lost or easily confused.
