On 08/7/25, at approximately 1900 hours, Winthrop Whitaker left his sister’s house near 39th Ave. / Michigan Ave. on foot.  Winthrop is described as a white male with gray hair and blue eyes.  He is 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 165 pounds and was last seen wearing a dark colored shirt, dark shorts and sandals.  Winthrop was upset after hearing news about his sister’s health.  Winthrop is visiting from Hawaii and not familiar with the area.  He suffers from a medical condition that may cause him to appear confused or disoriented.
