Jeffrey is a white male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 210 pounds, with black hair, gray goatee, and blue eyes. Jeffrey was last seen wearing a light blue shirt, blue jeans, and light blue Sketcher sneakers. Jeffrey was last seen on June 4th, 2025, at 7:15 p.m. in his complex on foot in the area of North 19th Avenue and Bethany Home Road. He has a condition that makes him easily disoriented and has limited communication skills. Family is concerned for his welfare.
