Tomas was returning home after having the above vehicle repaired. He was followed to his neighborhood by a family friend however never arrived home. His family reports he has memory problems which have worsened over the last two years causing him to get lost. His family is very concerned for his welfare. Please contact the Phoenix Police Department with any information on Tomas Carrillo.
On 8/2/17 at approximately 1745 hours, Mesa PD made contact with Mr. Carrillo at Baseline and Power after a citizen called them. The citizen recognized the vehicle from the Silver Alert. Mr. Carrillo was in good health and is being reunited with his family.
