Silver Alert- Lennox Blackman-Located
ennox is new to the Phoenix area. He left his residence in the area of
19th Avenue and Bethany Home Road on 6/29/17 at approximately 1800 ours and has not returned.
Lennox is prescribed medication for
several physical and behavioral health issues. Family states he may appear confused or disoriented
and are concerned for his welfare.
Please contact the Phoenix Police Department with any information on ennox Blackman.
On 6/30/17 at approximately 1455 hours, Phoenix PD responded to a welfare check on a city bus in the area of 75Th Avenue and Buckeye Road. Upon conducting a a warrants and wants check, it was confirmed that the subject was Mr. Blackman. Mr. Blackman was in good health and is being reunited with his daughter.
