Silver Alert - Maria L. Calderon - Located

On 06-26-17 between 6:00 am and 12:00 pm, Ms. Maria Calderon left her home on foot in the area of 23rd Avenue and Indian School Road.  She was last seen in the area of 19th Avenue and Culver at 4:23 pm.   She is a Hispanic 49 years old diagnosed with early onset of dementia.  She also has seizures but has not taken her medication for 2 weeks.  She was last seen wearing a navy blue shirt, black pants, and red Vans shoes.  Please contact Phoenix PD if you have contact with Ms. Calderon.

 

On 6/27/17 subject was located at 0600 hours. An employee at General Hospital reported subject was a patient and was transported to Good Sam Hospital where she is currently receiving not life threatening treatment. Please contact Phoenix P.D. for any further information.
