Harold Paschal - Silver Alert LOCATED

The Surprise Police are currently seeking the public’s assistance to locate a missing elderly man. On 6/20/2017 a family member contacted the Surprise Police Department to report Mr. Harold Paschal, a 76-year-old man, as missing. Mr. Paschal is described as a black male, approximately 5’7”, 140 lbs, with short black hair and brown eyes. Harold Paschal was last seen on 6/19/2017 at approximately 3:15pm. At the time he was last seen he was wearing a white shirt with blue or black jogging pants. Mr. Paschal regularly wears a Vietnam Veterans hat. The reporting family member indicated that Mr. Paschal has been diagnosed with dementia and may be confused or disoriented as a result. Mr. Harold Paschal is believed to be driving a 2014 black Chevrolet Camaro with Arizona Veterans license plate “HNP.”
