The female driver of the white Tahoe has been identified as 18-year-old Salina Avila of Phoenix. Avila was released from the hospital and booked into the Maricopa County Jail on the following charges:

On Wednesday, February 17, 2021, just after midnight, troopers were dispatched to the area of southbound Interstate 17 to westbound Interstate 10 in Phoenix for a pedestrian in the roadway. The pedestrian, later identified as 18-year-old Lorenzo J.
Detectives are asking the public for information regarding the whereabouts of 23-year-old Michael Floris. On January 28, 2021, a warrant for Floris’ arrest was issued by the Maricopa County Superior Court on charges of assault, aggravated assault and disorderly conduct.

On Wednesday, October 21, 2020, the Arizona Department of Public Safety (AZDPS) Vehicle Theft Task Force (VTTF) arrested five suspects following an investigation related to a chop shop operation, stolen vehicles and the sale of illegal drugs in Phoenix.
On Thursday, October 15, 2020, at approximately 9:00 PM, an Arizona Department of Public Safety trooper stopped a vehicle in the area of 20th Street and Greenway Road in Phoenix for a traffic violation.
