MEDIA AVAILABILITY: Arizona Department of Public Safety Director, Colonel Frank Milstead, will be available for live and recorded interviews prior to the start of the first ever ALICE instructor certification training class. ALICE (Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, Evacuate) “train the trainers” event will involve more than 150 First Responders and various community members from across the state.
