Phoenix — On Wednesday, August 29, 2018, authorities expect thousands of visitors at the State Capitol. Senator John McCain will lie in state at the Arizona State Capitol where the public is invited to pay their respects and honor the senator’s life and service.
The temperature is forecasted to be around 106°F, which is why authorities are encouraging participants to take precautions in order to avoid serious health risks associated with heat-related illness or injury.
