Monday, September 14, 2015
- For Immediate Release -

PHOENIX – Silent Witness is offering a cash reward of up to $50,000 for information that leads to the arrest of those responsible for multiple shooting incidents on Arizona freeways.

Detectives within the Arizona Department of Public Safety (ADPS) continue to investigate a number of shooting incidents occurring on the freeways in the Phoenix metropolitan area dating back to August 29, 2015.

“Detectives are working around the clock to apprehend those responsible for these shootings,” said the Director of the Department of Public Safety, Colonel Frank Milstead. “Our office is fully committed to finding those responsible for these senseless crimes and encourage anyone with information to come forward.”

ADPS appreciates the contributions by the following partners: Arizona Highway Patrol Association, United States Marshals Service, Phoenix Police Department, Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, Fraternal Order of Police and the Phoenix Law Enforcement Association.

Anyone with information about these incidents are encouraged to call the DPS Tip Line at 602-644-5805. Additionally, the number for Silent Witness is (480) WITNESS – 480-948-6377. Reports can be made anonymously and a cash reward of up to $50,000 is available for information that leads to the arrest and prosecution of those responsible.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety is a state-level law enforcement agency whose mission is to protect human life and property by enforcing state laws, deterring criminal activity and providing vital support to the State of Arizona and its citizens.
