On 12/14/18 at approximately 1200 hours, Elias Alkasmattit left his family's residence in the 12000 block of Ironwood Street in El Mirage. Elias is from out of state and not familiar with the area. He suffers from Dementia and does not speak English. He is of Syrian decent and speaks Arabic. He was last seen wearing black pants, a purple sweater and wearing navy blue crocs for shoes.
