Surprise Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Cadience Barrett, an 11-year-old male. Cadience Barrett was last seen in the area of Bell Road and Bullard Avenue in Surprise. Cadience suffers from a condition that may make it difficult for him to find his way home. He is described as a male, approximately 5’ 2” tall and 130 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. Cadience was last seen wearing a black hat, navy blue shirt with a white Snoopy image, dark shorts, and carrying a black backpack.
