He was last seen on foot at approximately 2:30pm on February 10th, in the area of the 14,200 block of North 181st Avenue, within the city of Surprise. Ernest was wearing a black ball cap, maroon colored jacket, and gray sweatpants. He also has gray facial hair in his mustache, and wears glasses.
