Mr. Tommy Helm was last seen today approximately 1500 hours at his new group home located at the 1300 block of W. Kesler Lane in Chandler, AZ. Mr. Helm is new to the area and does not know it well. Mr. Helm was last seen wearing a long sleeve maroon/black button down shirt with grey pants. He suffers from bi-polar and depression. Chandler PD advised Mr. Helm has been located.
