Due to COVID-19, the Public Service Center is TEMPORARILY CLOSED.
The health and welfare of our visitors and staff are very important to us. The recent outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the contagious nature of the disease require certain measures to be taken by the Arizona Department of Public Safety to ensure everyone's health and welfare. Out of concern for public safety, we have made the decision to temporarily close the lobby of the Public Service Center for in-person visits for the foreseeable future.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however, we are committed to continuing to provide all services possible at this time, most of which can be completed by mail, email and over the phone.
Some fingerprinting services and the 30-Day Impound Unit will be conducting services to the public by appointment only. Fingerprinting services are only for court ordered fingerprints and those requiring submission with requests by individuals to review their criminal history records.
Please call the respective unit to schedule an appointment: 30-Day Impound (602) 223-5005, fingerprinting services (602) 223-2041. People waiting for their appointment will be required to wait outside the lobby until an employee goes to escort them in.
Please refer to the following contact information for each unit for additional guidance on conducting business.
Regular business hours remain Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
