During an executive staff meeting, Lt. Col. Bill Reutter, assistant director of the Highway Patrol Division, presented Ruben Chávez and Paul Palmer of the Video Unit and Sgt. Dan Golden with an award that he received at a national Combined Accident Reduction Effort (CARE) conference.
