The negatives from photographs taken at the scene of an accident can be viewed at the Department Records Section at the address and times indicated above.

Once a selection is made from your review, the photographs will be processed for you with the Department’s Photo Lab.

There is a $4.00 per photograph fee, for ordering photographs, when you visit DPS. A money order is accepted by mail. Businesses can send a business issued check by mail. No cash or personal checks are accepted by mail. The money order/business check should be made out to: Arizona Department of Public Safety.
