 CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORDS FAQs

How do I get a criminal history record on myself for personal use?

  • The Criminal History Records Section serves as the Central State Repository for criminal records in the State of Arizona (See Arizona Revised Statute 41-1750).
  • To check your Arizona criminal history record because you believe the information may be either inaccurate or incomplete you must go through the “record review” process. You will need to obtain a “Record Review Packet” that will contain instructions for the process.
