Crime Victims Services - Criminal Justice System

Participation in the criminal justice system is important for crime victims. However, it can be confusing to individuals who are not familiar with the terminology and the stages of an investigation or court case. In most Arizona counties, victim/witness or victim assistance programs have been established to help the crime victim navigate this system.
