Arizona Department of Public Safety Now Accepting Applications for Cadet Officers

The Arizona Department of Public Safety is currently accepting applications for cadet officer and will continue to do so through Feb. 5, 2014. The position of cadet officer title refers to the period in which the officer is a trainee at the police academy. After graduating from the academy, a cadet officer becomes a fully certified law enforcement officer and moves up to the Officer 1 title.
