On Tuesday December 13, the Illegal Immigration Prevention Apprehension Co-op Team (IIMPACT) detectives served a search warrant at a residence located at 7936 W. Meadowbrook in
There were a total of four people living in the residence including one juvenile who is a Mexican national.
Two people were arrested and booked on charges of possession of marijuana for sale.
Ricardo Suarez, 23, Mexican National
Viviana Cardenas, 26, American citizen
Two other people residing in the home were found not be involved in the case and were turned over to the custody of ICE.
The search warrant is part of an ongoing investigation by IIMPACT which is composed of the Arizona Department of Public Safety, Phoenix Police and ICE.
