Arizona Department of Public Safety GIITEM (Gang Intelligence Immigration Team Enforcement Mission) and El Mirage Police Arrest 5 Suspected Gang Members as part of Operation “Eminent Domain”

On Thursday morning December 2, 2010, DPS GIITEM Detectives working with El Mirage Police executed four search warrants, arresting 5 suspected gang members believed involved in numerous drive-by shootings, armed robberies and assaults.
Suspects Arrested included two adults and three juveniles. All believed to be members of a street gang. At this time only the adults are identified and their photos released.

The suspects face charges of Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Robbery and Assisting a Criminal Street Gang
Search warrants were served at four separate locations in El Mirage including:
11930 W. Ash Street
13210 N. B Street
12231 W. Scotts Drive
14413 N. El Mirage Road
“This is an example of excellent work by DPS GIITEM Detectives along with El Mirage Police. The arrests of these five dangerous gang members will hopefully go a long way toward making the community safer. Our goal in Operation Eminent Domain is to deter, disrupt, dismantle and arrest the criminal suspects who are participating in a criminal street gang. We believe that goal was accomplished in El Mirage today,” said Chief Michael Frazier, El Mirage Police Department.
