Arizona DPS and Phoenix P.D. arrest 70 and clear nearly 140 DUI warrants during two-day round up.

On May 27 & 28, 2010 the Arizona Department of Public Safety and the Phoenix Police Department joined forces and deployed officers valley wide to arrest individuals with warrants for Driving Under the Influence.
In a program funded by the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety (G.O.H.S.) officers tracked individuals down at their homes and places of business and arrested them for outstanding DUI warrants.
The following are results from the two-day round up:
- 70 Arrests
- 137 warrants cleared
- 400 locations visited by officers
