Arizona Department of Public Safety GIITEM Task Force identifies 22 Suspects arrested as part of “Operation Triple Threat”

On December 15, 2009, at approximately 9:00 a.m., John Alan Cloyd, 21, of Peoria turned himself into GIITEM detectives at the Maricopa County Jail. Cloyd was being sought as part of the Operation “Triple Threat” investigation and had been in hiding since the roundup last Thursday. Cloyd, a criminal street gang member, was wanted on drug charges and is also an investigative lead in a homicide.

The following is a current list of all suspects arrested since the investigation began as part of Operation “Triple Threat”.
