| Position Description: | Volunteers will work under the supervision of the ALEA Class Sergeant. Volunteers will role play from standardized scenario scripts during Academy recruit field problem exercises. Volunteers may be searched and handcuffed from the standing, kneeling or prone position, however there will be no use of force or resistance during any scenarios. |
| Qualifications: | Applicants must possess a valid Arizona Driver License. Applicants must be at least eighteen years of age. |
| Application & Selection Process: | Human Resources reserves the right to close this position without prior notification. Once the application is completed and returned to Human Resources, the application will be reviewed and individuals may be selected for an interview. Upon successful completion of the interview process, the applicant will be scheduled for a polygraph examination, drug screening and background investigation. |
