Access Integrity Clerical Assistant

Position Title: Access Integrity Clerical Assistant
Position Open Until: Continuous
Department / Division: Technical Services Division
Workplace Address: 2102 W. Encanto Blvd. Phoenix, AZ 85009
Number of Hours / Week: Flexible; minimum of 4 hours per week.
Start/End Hours: Flexible between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Days of Work Week: Monday through Friday
Position Description: This position provides clerical assistance to the Access Integrity Unit staff. Specific duties may include data entry, conducting research, filing, shredding of documents, labeling and distributing information to criminal justice agencies and assisting with other clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Customer service and data entry experience preferred.
Application & Selection Process: Human Resources reserves the right to close this position without prior notification. Once the application is completed and returned to Human Resources, the application will be reviewed and individuals may be selected for an interview.  Upon successful completion of the interview process, the applicant will be scheduled for a polygraph examination, drug screening and background investigation.
