Submission of Applications (Step 3)
Step three, please submit your completed application and any applicable forms using one of the following methods:
- Applications may be returned in person. If you return your application in person, DPS Human Resources must receive it by 5:00 p.m. on the closing date.
- Applications may be returned by mail. If you mail your application, it must be postmarked by midnight on the closing
date and received by DPS Human Resources within seven (7) calendar days from the closing date.

- Applications may be faxed by 5:00 p.m. on the closing date to (602) 223-2921. The original DPS application must
be submitted in person to DPS Human Resources or returned by mail so that it is received by DPS Human Resources within seven (7) calendar days from the closing date.
PLEASE NOTE: All applicants will receive a written response to their applications within 4-6 weeks. Your patience is appreciated. Phone calls regarding the status of an application are discouraged as this could result in further delays in the selection process.
